I don’t think this is a disaster. I think this is a great opportunity for Mario to change course. He can stop catering to the uber-wealthy. He can truly align with Michael Pollan, put his money where his mouth is, and work to offer sustainable, affordable, local, fresh food to the middle class. Ya hurd?
